Default Great News !!

Well I sat in a meeting this morning And was told that this UNION mill will be back up and running by the 23rd of June! I guess Mousey they do like our union work my friend!! It has been done with alot of work from our senators, governor, as well our congress man to get this done so quickly. So it's great news for us up here!!! It still will depend on keeping our costs viable any way we can. But it is a great to be starting back up with full production being held at 1250 tons a day..

I'm just wondering how much of my tax dollars were used to make this happen. What a birthday present.

You must be working for a mining company??? I do not know of any other business that runs on tons per day. What kind of product do you process at the mill? Glad you are going back to work, everyone needs to earn a living.

It would of made a great birthday present if it was my birthday that is for sure. What does your taxes have to do with market pricing? Some was most likely used to help get us back up in running when all those meetings that were held. But if not for those meetings it would of surely went to other meetings instead. Besides to me and all those others laid off the meetings must have been productfull.. Unlike alot of then they have.

No not all, we make wood pulp for use in paper products.

Congrats Phil, reality will set in one day, and Americans will will realize gainful employment is more a necessity than a convenience.

Glad to hear you're back at work.
On the backhand side of that, is that the democrats running Maine were beholden to the unions
and this is the payback. Not a bad thing for the state, given how much is dedicated to wood and
paper production...I am somewhat cognizant of how tight things are up Aroostook and Somerset; without the
mill being back in operation, there's not much else available in the way of making a living...

Don't get me wrong, I want you working but to steal money out of my pocket isn't the way to do it. That's what taxes have to do with it.

I would rather see my taxes working in America than studying the drinking habits of Chinese whores!
