Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Think about it. You have volunteered your face into a government database that enables the law enforcement agencies to look up and locate a criminal suspect by using this technology. All they need a facial photo and their off to the races.

The alternative is being paralyzed since you can no longer drive, most of us can't survive without the ability to get to work. I despise it, but there's no other choice.

What is next, mandatory finger prints and DNA swabs in order to get your license?

This is my favorite mugshot. I don't think Delay gave them what they wanted.

If not for your DL then they'll find another reason.
My fingerprints are already on file from joining the Navy, now they take a DNA sample as well in case they have to ID your remains later. If all such records were permanently sealed against intrusion I probably wouldn't mind so much, but one has to wonder why they want this information, and why we don't know what they want it for. Somewhere Orwell is smiling...[&:]
