Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Gay Curriculum Proposal Riles Elementary School Parents

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,521209,00.html

Quote:
A group of parents in a California school district say they are being bullied by school administrators into accepting a new curriculum that addresses bullying, respect and acceptance -- and that includes compulsory lessons about the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community that will be taught to children as young as 5 years old.[/b]
Forced tolerance, or indoctrination?

they should 'vote with their feet'.....take their kids out of the schools and put 'em someplace where they will
be treated to education into 'normalcy' rather than depravity. Then again, there's always the old "bushwack em with an axe handle' strategy...don't know which method would be more effective...

I 10% agree with it - except they need to add spousal abuse, rape, molesting, beastiality and sodomy to the lsit of things that need accepted because hey, we're born this way and everyone needs to understand and accept us for who we are

right ?

I was born to rape, beat and abuse females of all ages - its who I am, genetically, why do ya'll hate me for that ? Why can't there be tolerance and love and acceptance of my lifestyle choices?

Why can't I marry my dog ?

I've got a lot of burning questions today .......

You have gone off the deep end. Get some help before you do something foolish.

Don't throw yourself under this: It might be a one way trip.

Stealthy is back in good form I see. For those who don't know him, those are rhetorical questions.

and getting back to topic, I think elementary school grades should not have to learn about sex/gender/gay issues, etc. Save that crap for High School or better yet, make it some "elective" in college so only people that want to elarn about that stuff in school have to do so. Now if they want to teach a class about how to get along with other people better without all of the PC crap, then I would be interested in hearing their proposed curriculum. I think teaching kids not to be bullies in elementary school is probably a good thing since they suspend/expel kids for teaching a bully with a punch in the nose.

Schools in California would just be better off teaching the basics...the LAUSD district has a 50% dropout rate, and they are the highest paid teachers in the nation. ONLY in California! Everyone on HNI has survived school without stuff like this being injected.
