RE: So whats going on with H.R. 45?
The last that I had read/heard is that it's probably not going to get off the ground any time soon because there aren't enough dems. willing to stick thier necks out in fear of getting it chopped off over a gun issue at this point in time. If the economy actually gets back in the positive, then all bets will be off.
