No big deal if they touch off another "nuke". The first one was a dud and some scientists doubt that it really gave any type of fissionable yield.Burned up their plutonium without amounting to even close to what our first one did in ***an over 60 years ago.

You can bet that there is a nuclear submarine not far from N. Korea that is fully armed and quite capable of making the place desolate within a few minutes.
