If you are bothered by occasional or frequent constipation, look in the mirror and repeat the following phrase three times in succession when symptoms occur:

I just usually watch one of Barry's speeches, or look at a picture of Nancy. The uncontrollable projectile vomiting assures that no food will ever reach my digestive tract.
