We've seen theChinese population here attack our wildlife resources without respect for the regulationsand laws in place, and when confronted then suddenly do not speak english....our provincial ministry of natural resources had to print a chinese copy of the Fish and wildlife regulations to distribute...and still they ignore the rules and fish in sanctuaries and overlimit and fill buckets to take to stores or restaurants illegally.[:@]
