Basically this would make it illegal to own a firearm - any rifle with a clip or ANY pistol unless:

.Yousupplya current Driver's License
.YousupplyyourSocial Security#
.Youwillsubmit to a physical & mental evaluation at any time of their choosing
.Eachupdate- change or ownership through private or public sale must be reported and costs $25
-Failuretodosoyou automatically lose the right to own a firearm and are subject up to a year in jail.

.There is a child provision clause on page 16 section 305 stating a child-access provision. Gun must be locked and inaccessible to any child under 18.

TheGovernmentwould have therightto come and inspect that you are storing your gun safely away from accessibility to children and fine is punishable for up to 5 yrs. in prison.

How many more times does this have to be posted. First HR 45 is a bill not a law, second it is only proposed and has not been voted on. Third even the Obama administration is not doing anything regarding the second amendment because they know that politically it is a career killer. Unless you hear from the NRA and GOA stating that this is up for a vote you have very little to worry about yet. Do we have to worry about this stuff, YES but Let's get real here THE SKY IS NOT FALLING.

Wait a minute now. This is the same Obama who touts a lie that 90% of guns used in the Mexican drug cartel war is from the United States. Why is he purposefully lying except to undermine gun ownership. I saw Beck tonight, and there is suspicion that if they can frame the gun issue as a global crisis, they can circumvent having to pass a law here, because US would be pressured into signing onto what all the other countries are onboard with. It doesn't need US scrutiny in the open. It can be decided in a smoke filled back room of the UN. Bottom line, they'll go after guns in this bill, or on the world stage.
