Mitigating circumstances:
We don't know how 'available' the campus regulations were, IF there were such regulations,
or what exactly those regulations consisted of...
We don't know if there were other 'regular' media inside the event....
We don't know if the contention of 'invitiation only' was accurate or not....
I think he can try to sue but:
a: the campus at least maintains a position that there is a 'designated space' for the media
b: the campus is NOT public property and as such, any and all behavior can be regulated
c: he repeatedly failed to follow the directions of campus security.
Don't think he'd get a nickel....and while I hate the skunks patting Katey Couric on the back,
I do not like her critics acting like one of her friends would act. Oh the irony.....
