Well I also have to question the cojones of those so-called Catholic/Christian institutions who were so eager for this
POS to speak there, that they'd cover the symbols of their religion, one the POS allegedly shares. The position SHOULD have been that they'd NOT cover the religious imagery and if that's a problem, issue a press release advising he's neither invited nor welcome. But that's just me.....
I would try to analyze this in the context of what is commonly done at other such high-profile speeches. Do they cover up the emblems of NOW (national organization of women)? Do they cover up the emblems of PETA? Do they cover up the emblems of MIT, Harvard, Yale, Stanford? This kind of analysis is very powerful: it helps one avoid being silly. It also is an easy proof of hypocrisy when present.

ok...spill...do you have something which suggests these institutions either did or did not cover up their
'identifying marks' when POS spoke there ? If none of the other speeches were conditioned on the
'neutering' of the auditorium's symbols, then there is an issue. If ALL of the other speeches were conditioned
on making the place 'incognito' then we have even-handedness and NOT anti-religious bias. That WOULD be
interesting....
