Ten years ago very few ever heard of Obama. Obama got elected because the best that the Republican party could do was to nominate a guy who had pushedfor gun controland had pushed for amnesty for illegal aliens. As a resultmillions of Republicans stayed at home.

While McCain was a weak, middle of the road candidate, he was the only choice. I don't buy your premise at all, however. Obama got hundreds of MILLIONS in free press from the likes of Chris Matthews as well as literally ALL of the mainstream media. At the time they freely bashed the republican candidates on everything from voting records to family values, the media got creepy crawlies up their pants legs over Obama, they held back any and all information about him, the showed throngs of drooling idiots swooning at the sound of obama's recital of what was on the teleprompter, and they positively convulsed at the incoherent mumblings he spat when he did NOT have a teleprompter to read from. The repubs waged a fair and legal campaign, IMO. Obama accepted hundreds of millions of dollars thru websites where his own people turned off tracking software which determines the source of the money which can come from anywhere, including illegal contributions from foreign scumbags working for the active conversion of the US to socialism aka George Soros...yet no hearings ! The ACORN brown-shirts were out actively soliciting democrat votes with cigarettes and money...literally buying votes from people too stupid to accurately place a value on the vote they'd be casting, and encouraging criminal activity by getting the same morons to vote multiple times in different polling places under different names. Yet, there are no hearings or prosecutions.

Sorry, I don't buy that pap. Obama bought this election, with the help of socialist financiers and the leftist press which not only HELPED Obama, they DESTROYED the McCain candidacy in a consistent and unrelenting barrage of
negative coverage in a campaign which Josef Goebbels would have been proud to call his own....

Look at the deficit of the States that went big for osama, the figures are there to see. Who in the hell can claim that they were smart? Explain that to me. The Big liberal states are in the most hurt and you sure as hell can't blame that on Bush, It was the fault of their own liberal big spending, lead by NY and CA.

Obama was Keynote speaker for Clinton election nod. That was his first real go at national. people liked him he was hip and new. Well you got change now, he is not in control we all know it is Pelosi, Reid, Frank and the bunch. I new Hillary wasn't gewtting in when {elosi was made Speaker! No way those 2 power whores could rule together. 2010 we may be able to stem the tide somewhat, but the damage being done now is horrendous and talk about our children and our childrens children?
