You got the right guy... seems he talks out of both sides of his mouth. Why he'd condemn somebody else's 'need' while asserting his own is beyond me, unless he feels he's intimately qualified for such largesse, and anyone else is just a moocher. When you concider the how long this has been going on and how many companies closed up shop this does no good, does it? Just says they will recieve penalties while how many got put out of work? NAFTA doesn't work...
