During the election, I signed up to be a supporter of Ron Paul and haveregularly received emails from his organizations since then. Campaign for Liberty, I believe it's called. I'm glad to see that he is out there with his fervent belief in the constitution and less government. They're talking now of auditing the federal reserve (not such a bad idea, imo).
During the election,he certainly had some ideas that were slightly different than many of the main stream politicians...and shocking to many on both sides of the aisle (how can that be bad??), but he's looking better all the time. I'm not sure if he'll ever be taken seriously, especially by those happilyembedded in the politics of blame and deceit, but i'm glad to see that he's out there still beating the drum.

What issues did Michelle Malkin and other conservatives have with him? I've seem him on the borrowing and spending issue and he is dead nut on! From what I've heard him say, I'd have voted for him long before voting for McCain.
I believe he is also pushing for the audit of the gold reserves in FT Knox as well. Good, It's the taxpayer's gold we should know exactly what's there. The last audit happened when the repository was built back in the fifties.

How does blaming america for the 911 attacks and retreating in iraq shake up the crooks? You think paul or anyone else in power will be any less crooked once given the opportunity? Theyre all crooks and the only difference is what kind of crook do you want? I want crooks in power that are willing to kick ass a little just to keep the worlds vermin at bay. Paul wants to stop free trade too , yeah that ll heip the economy.
Ron paul is a fraud , and his supporters are usually the kind of kooks who will get behind anyone they see as an alternative without even knowing what they stand for, simply to try to be above the status quo.

Well that is your opinion. If you wanna call me a kook than so be it. However I would rather be labelled as such than be a supporter of the status quo way of doing government..which is what you are advocating support of with that statement. BTW How is the current mindset of government and people involved working out for us? Kicking ass and keeping vermin at bay is one thing... but bending the people in this country over and stomping civil liberties (Patriot Act for one)while generally making a mockery of the Constitution while they are doing it does not create a desirable trait of or form of government.
Be honest... just how many things do you see happening in foreign policy or even domestic policy that you would call promising or even remotely promising? You seem to be full of bitterness and energy... how about directing that where it belongs....towards some real change as opposed to the perpetuation of the 2 party march to complete socialism.
