The only problem he will have is with Germany, of course Germany 'reminding me of a certain US Party' will fight putting in any money on stimulus. Obama is only asking for 2% across the board. Brings to mind words like Republican and Neo, and definately Con. Greed.
Warm and fuzzy... I think not. He's being played like a fiddle. His approval rating (here in the U.S., where it counts) is dropping steadily. Additionally, who cares about his wife's standing? Side note: I believe you meant to say acceptance rather than exceptance (didn't you)?

He needs to move to Europe. Don't start counting your chickens just yet RM. He is likely to get his feelings hurt. Sarkozy is threatening to boycott already. The German Chancellor has already said that if Obama wants her country to spend more he can piss off.

The higher his rating in Europe, the worse off we are. He won't even fight against a new world currency which will destroy the American dollar. I am not a easy person to scare but asama scares the hell out of me as he is the direct opposite of everything our forefathers stood for, and is the master of misdirection, he will steal us blind and give our country away while 60 percent of the people praise and worship him. Yes I am very afraid.
And since when does European opinion matter to the U.S.? The last I heard, politicians across the continent were arguing against his economic recovery plans, so what makes you think he will leadthe world out of this recession? Oh, and perhaps you should talk to a German before stating that they are full of "conservative greed." The fact is, the German population will generally support the liberal candidate.

Well, a lot of folks already knew that. The Euros hailed Obammy and now that he can cost them money,
they're gonna hate his ever-lovin' guts. Might be a good lesson he might learn, and that is NOT to go
pandering for the approval of the Euro-peons as it is fleeting at best and is always considered only from a self-interest viewpoint. An ideologue like obammy will alienate the euros faster than a fart in an elevator....
Considering that the heads of both China and Russia have publicly expressed scorn for Oblamma I consider your assessment somewhat biased Rainmaker. The crowned heads of Europe, particularly Angela Merkel, aren't that much more favorably disposed toward him either since he's going to pretty much beg them to spend money to make him look good, which they will refuse for the reasons stated above. The coffers of Europe are already stretched to the breaking point, his mission will fail.
