It does make sense. I should not have to suffer a warmer climate simply because someone can't paint their car an appropriate color. Also, people with black hair should be forced to wear colonial wigs...then we'd really be getting somewhere.

Yeah they should probably paint their houses with that reflective paint as well to cut down on the cost of cooling their homes.

But I agree it is laughable now but the seed has been planted and the regulations will come in time. Whatcolor do you think the president will change to mud puddle brown, or charcoal gray? White maybe?
