I do not understand why anyone tries to explain the facts to the Rain Men_____________(enter you preferred name) on this forum. It is hilarious to watch but sadly a waste of time to see such misguided and uninformed individuals. My late Father always told me do not confuse them with the facts their mind is already made up! I love the backed up facts from the informed posters but for the rest I cannot see a glimmer in the lighthouse much less common courtesy and respect. I know many of these types and unfortunately some are my relatives. Like the one that has no children, going through menopause and their main reason for voting was to protect abortion rights. I do not have the time to chime in here on a regular basis but I have to say I do enjoy the laughs I get from reading their responses. Thanks to the rest of you that have given me the facts I need to support my arguments although my battles are on a much smaller scale with the local city government. Why is it life is now a battle of politicsbased on extreme views as opposed to common sense that serves the masses?

I appreciate your response and if I remember correctly you have knowledge about the Roman Era. I have been reading this forum for about for years and most of you just amaze me on your knowledge because I have to research to remember some of it. My business requires I retain facts about the repairs I deal with daily and I hope to at least retain all that I have learned over the years. But I guess I need to purge some info for the newly acquired info.

I appreciate that, but I'm notall thatknowledgeablein anything. Except that the more things change, the more they stay the same. I'm tired of the nuts out there, but being human, I'm often one of them. It's one of those things we have to get used to, even if it's almost impossible to do so.
When it irritates me too badly, I close the browser and find something else to occupy myself with.
And one more thing. Being smart is often more a matter of knowing where to find information than it is keeping it all crammed in your brain.
Well there are more people up here that love America than do not, that goes the same for around the world.

We envy their Fish at least. I have made 27 or 28 trips to Canada to fish and hunt the bears EH.. We go up to Flin Flon the west about 40-50 miles. We have been treated very, very well by the folks up there. You should be proud.
