Give me a break guys. Is this the first ever class action law suit in the history of our country due to bad building materials? I seem to remember a few don't you? Guess what? They were made right here in the USA. I got news for you, let Obama get his way just like California has got their way on energy laws based on the hoax of global warming and see where products get made after that.

Do you all realize they are attempting to ram through Cap and Trade emmisions on a procedural vote that can't be fillibustered? That means it only takes 51 votes in the Senate? Why would they do that? They are doing that because they know many Dems come from states that produce energy and won't joing them like Byrd and Rockefeller.
