Kaibab, whats wrong with you? Private insurance companies will screw these guys that have been injured/disabled serving our country. If they serve right out of school, become injured, then have to get a job in the private sector theyve got a pre existing condition. You ever tried getting coverage with a pre existing condition, its not cheap if you can find a company that will cover you at all.
Private insurance companies also dont pay the whole cost of, well just about anything, theres always out of pocket expenses and they add up fast in a serious medial problem.

Yea I understand that completely, and the public sector shouldn't havepay for what the private sector has already paid for..... you don't understand

No, you dont understand anything apparently. The private sectors paying for it now, through our tax dollars, to heal men and women who have served to protect our country, its the way it should be.When these claims hit the private insurance companies and they have to start paying them out, everyones coverage goes up, way up in fact, not just the soldiers, everyones.Your going to pay for it one way or the other, personally this is one use of my tax dollars the govts using that I have no problem with, forcing them to pay for thier own is insulting to anyone whos been injured in the line of duty.

My question is: is the soldier harmed by the privatt sector paying?

People go broke in this country every day dealing with bills occured by the existing private insurance coverage we currently have in place, WTF do you think theyre pushing for nationalized health care for if it doesnt hurt people. It makes it harder to find health care, let alone afford coverage for the soldiers family.
Assuming you have insurance why dont you go down to the hospital ER right now, pretend you have an illness and let them run a bunch of tests on you, get back to me in a couple weeks after the portion of the bills your insurance doesnt cover start piling up in your mailbox and let me know if it affects you any? Then try to imagine a permanent injury that requires weeks, months,or even years of medical services to be provided, youll hit the maximum theyll pay out, youll get stuck with the co-charges, and youll pay out of pocket for anything they dont feel like covering. Then maybe youll begin to see the error in your way of thinking.
