John McCain was skewered by candidate Obama for saying "the fundamentals of the economy are sound". Today President Obama says... "the fundamentals of the economy are sound". Geez...my IQ is going down by the day... Almost as bad as McCain getting tarred and feathered and accused of planning to tax healthcare benefits by Candidate Obama. Now President Obama says he would be willing to support a tax on healthcare.... oh brother...

I'm sure he will have a logical explaination for Obama now wanting to tax health care benefits when during the campaign Obama called it the "biggest tax increase on middle class in U.S. history" and vowed he would never do it.
Care to explain that further. I guess you are right by saying he is not taxing health care benefits at this certain time. He is most definantly kicking around the idea though. Just him thinking about it is very hypocritical of him when he bashed McCain for bringing it up during his campaign.
