Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default kaibab_hunter74 and Rainmaker, heres your chance.

You two keep posting that everything is the Republicans faults. You keep backing all your thoughts on the economy with open ended statements to the effect of, "its Bush"s fault, or it"s the Republican"s fault." I am very aware of how all this mess got started and how it is both parties fault, but I would love to hear the particulars to yalls talking points. I keep hearing empty rhetoric, I"d love to hear some substance. Here"s your chance to educate us. How exactly is the economic problems 100% the Republicans fault?? I am all ears. I might learn something here.

Fair enough. And I wont run and start doing research. Bush screwed the Pooch when he allowed delregluation to continue. Clinton tried to do a good thing, by making banks loan to risky people. Bush should have seen the direction this was going and should have imposed strickter loaning practices. He didnt, so that was his contribution. Another was by letting Iraq slip. We should have not had to havehad the surge, it should have been all or none to start with. Bush should have not tried to bow to the left. He should have had more patience in theomnibus package. A but load of that money islost and no one knows where it is. He was throwing money in the wind to appease the congress. Stupid move on his part. Also, the lack of fiscal conservative ideas has been a biggie for the whole party. This is what comes to mind right off the top of my head.

On a second thought, and for what it's worth, I can't possibly defend this position becuase I've never claimed it.

This is the problem Burnie:

1) You and others can't stand it, when someone puts down the republican party. Fair and simple, And I understand that. But the fact that you have to make a thread where I have to continuously defend myself, as I have done the whole time i've been on here, is completely ridiculous. Let each thread work it's self out, I will defend myself then and there. This attempt is lame and childish.

2) I have never made that claim.... not once, so don't put words in my mouth.

3) Don't say I blame everything on the Republican's or Bush. The threads that I have posted on, I feel, have always pertained to either of the two or both. Remember, IT'S YOU WHO KEEPS MAKING THESE THREADS ( 5 OR 6 IN THE PAST WEEK ) THAT CONTINUOUSLY BASH PRESIDENT OBAMA. Don't get on me for defending my position, when all you do is fill this forum with empty BS, bashing our president, and then not backing any of your criticism with evidence. In fact, I don't think I have ever seen a link with one of your arguments on here.

4) Continuous Bashing of our President and every liberal on this forum is disgusting...... I don't know what your definition of a true patriot of this country is..... but acting like a little school yard bully isn't it. A patriot would except what's happening around him and still be able to disagree respectfully; not these threads that you have made, where in numerous times have done nothing but bashing. Now, I won't sit here and be a hypocrite, casue I bash too..... but with me, it's "eye for an eye".

5) History will only prove to us, exactly how accomplishments were made, and who contributed to that achievement. Your bashing of Obama is pathetic attempt to cover up your parties fiscal failure in that last 8 years. History PROVED that Bush was one of the WORST president's this country has had....both opinions from popular vote ( polling ) and from economist.
When 4 more years are in the past, you can judge this president, and tell us what you think he did wrong and why..... but do not attempt to debunk him now, you haven't seen any of his policies take form..... it takes time.

That's all I have to say on this thread.... as we've done in the past Burnie, you and can bicker amongst ourselves elsewhere..... this thread is a lame attempt to pin Rainmaker and I down. Which YOU have beenunsuccessful of doing, in past threads.

Good luck my fellow American.

Do you not read my posts? I have bashed that very party as well. The Democrats are in charge and screwing things up worse than the Republicans, so they have earned a greater share of my discontent. They are a moot point right now, so there is little for me to say about them.

You have either not been around or had on blinders. The "Libs" you speak of, have done nothing but bash Bush for 8 years, and when questioned about Obama we get, "its Bush's fault/ Republicans fault". I like a little more substance in a debate. That is the reason for this post.

And for the rest of your post, you proved my point. No substance. Thanks.

You guys post a lot of hit and run flames. Not unusual request for someone to want to pin you down with some facts.
