Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Opinions on the GOP candidates....

I've been thinking... {yeah, I know... that could be dangerous } I read about Mitt Romney winning some sort of "straw poll" on CNN. But out of the GOP candidates, who would and/or is still a good bet for 2012?

Here's my view, hopefully you might agree:

McCain-------He's a RINO. Way way too old now. No chance.
Huckabee-----He's cool, honest, sincere, and rocks on bass guitar! [8D]
Romney-------He comes across like a slimey used car salesman. [:'(]
Paul----------He means well, but comes across a little nutty.
Jindal---------Who is this guy from Louisiana? Don't know about him.
Palin----------I love this chick! But sadly the moderates and libs hate her.
Giuliani--------He is another RINO and had his moment, but now has no chance.

Who else would you throw in there? What are your views on my list above? Feel free to redo it, change it around, put in your own opinions, etc...

My #1 pick for 2012 --- HUCKABEE. [8D]

We will see in 2012 who steps forward. However, I laugh at your descriptions. Maybe the media has an influence on them?

The media doesn't care for the GOP candidates anyway. Why laugh at my descriptions of the GOP candidates? I just kind of winged it based on my own opinion/observation.

who will they pick, that'a a toughy. I don't have a name but the message will be 99.9% how bad Obama is and .001% nothing new. If anyone wants to run let them start now proving they have an answer. I wouldn't bet on it, they'll just say how good it could be under them and how it couldn't be while they were in charge because of Obama. Let me say it now LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSER!

Some how I don't think there will be another pesidential election, or maybe one more especially if there's no pot of gold waiting for the current one to find when his term is up. On the brighter side all this doom and gloom talk about socialism has been said before though and were still here.Saw were the US was educating China on how to fix their economy with social programs tailored to make the people want to spend more and save less. Just maybe there won't be anybody left who'll want to change us.

I like Palin. Jindal also has possibilities. I think Huck is out though. Romney, although not my favorite, sure would be better than B.O. Eric Cantor may also emerge.

I would like to see Palin run. It would be interesting to see her "message" and not what the McCain people feed her.

I agree about Mitt, I voted for him in the primaries, but he definately has a slime image about him. IMHO

It's the hair. But I sure would like somebody who knows something about business making policy now.

Ips, you're right. I forgot about NEWT. I'd vote for him in a minute. He has sense, uses logic and history to validate his decisions and has the ability to think. He does have some baggage from past situations... but it can't be any worse than today's crop of Dummycraps.
