I have got to send that to my ignorant dad. He voted for Obama, just so he would get better/cheaper tricare. I told him this was going to happen, he said I was just being pissy. I hope his ignorant arese goes broke.

Before you all say anything about my dear old dad, he is a dead beat Alcoholic, who was on ground duty, in America, during the Korean war. He served one term and never went over seas. He is only considered a vet, because he was on ground duty for a month before the end of the war. He is no real vet. Add to that, he abandoned us when I was a young child, that is after he spent years beating us. Great guy, who voted for a great president. [:'(]

Mulie, you are about 4years late with yourpost. i am retired from the US Army and keep up to the minute on changesthat impact on servicemen, active and retired. This thing did not just jump up on Obama's watch, it has been in the mill for years. Congress has foughtit back for the past three or four years.

Matter of fact some of this crap was proposed at the Bush white house. From the mouth of Field Marshall Rumsfeld and the CJCS:

Congress has foughtit downfor the past three or four years. Do not automatically assume that a congressman with an (R) after his name gives a crap for the US military. In 2006 the Republican ran congress cut 6 million dollars from troop brain injury research. In a budget that contained over18 billion on pork the sorry butts in the Republican congress could not find 6 million for military brain injury research.
