Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default How many citizens

I am not blaming Obama 100% here because everything that is coming to a head right now has been a long time coming.

But this has been in the back of my mind for quite a while now.

How many people across the country would it take to tell the administration.... Screw you, we aren't paying any more taxes. We are damn tired of you stealing our money and giving it out to who ever the hell you want to. We are tired of paying for people to sit on their asses. We are tired of paying our hard earned money to act as the worlds police department. We are tired of giving our hard earned money to other third world countries that don't do a damn thing for us. We are damn tired of paying our hard earned money for you tosupport illegal aliens. I could obviously go on forever but you get the picture.

How many people would it take for thegovernment to take a step back and say to themselves....... Whoa, maybe we have been screwing our citizens for far too long maybe we need to rethink what we are doing.

I don't know. But a tax revolt would be a great thing to see.

Probably a couple million, and you can count me in!!

California is going to DOUBLE my vehicle registration next year (so it will be about $800/yr) and they are only going to get half from me...

What we're getting now is taxation without representation. A lot of our politicians in Washington only represent themselves, and we don't have any say in it. I think we need to march on Washington and oust our government and put things the way they were intended to be. We have that right ya know.

Our fore fathers had the guts to do it, do we? In the end, our tax dollars are the only vote that we really have. The representatives pay no head as long as we pay them to screw up our lives and futures. Only we can shut off their wages. A strike is in order.

That is exactly what we need. The questionthough.....in todays world is itpossible to get enough people on board to make something like this happen? It wouldn't do a dang thing to help if there weren't enough people on board.

How do you figure double your vehicle registration? I'm not in favor of the tax increase but I'm honestly only looking at an $80 to $100 registration fee increase on my truck. Here's a link for calculating your total CA tax increase.

Everyone nowadays is so self focused we'd never get enough to go along...God forbid we might inconvience someone... Which is exactly the reason the country is so f'ed up now!

Actually the tax that is really getting me worked up is the idea of putting a GPS in your vehicle to tax the number of miles you drive.

WTF is next? Stick a sensor up the poop-chute to measure the amount of methane I put out and tax me for emitting a green house gas? Talk about "pay as you go!"
