There were both american and canadian jets in the air playing a game of head on chicken with that bommber before the russians turned tail and left.

The Minister of Defence of Canada has declared, that on February, 18th two fighters of the Canadian Air Forces have compelled Russian strategic bomber Ту-160 to be developed at approach to air border of Canada.
