Like the transparency you promised when you cramed the bill through congress with out posting it for the time you promised?? The same tranparency that was in place when the congress approved it without even reading it?? Why is this hard for me to believe? I see lots of coruption about to take place. And how are you going to notice if money just ends up in pockets? Kind of like trying to watch, and keep up with a billion ants. Kind of impossible. Heck, the Bush bailout had billions just disappear,how are we going to keep up with even more?
