The battle lines are being draw, seccession is beginning to be whispered about in the streets of Montana. Folks are angry, and perhaps even more dangerous, they are getting scared.
most of it sounds good, but am I missing something?
no background check on firearm sales? in MT from MT firearm manufacturers? so a felon/criminal could just buya MT made gun if he lives in mt without a background check?

Actually thats a good question, background checks are one of the few laws I dont really have a problem with, theyre generally fairly fast and painless and keep convicted felons from walking into stores and buying guns outright.

But can't convicted felons get a gun on the street pretty much anytime they want to anyway? Except the dealer doesn't get a profit and the state doesn't get the sales tax.
A lot of sheep voted for Obama, but we didn't
