Default Wealthy states doing better in stimulus than poor states.

Bias, or victum of demography?

"Both of these provisions will tend to favor people in high-income states such as New York, at the expense of residents in lower-income states like Kentucky."

Gee... Blue states like New York will get a disproportionately higher amount than Red states like Kentucky. Imagine that!

And, with Obama taking over the Census, he'll be able to skew all kinds of numbers...

I'm glad Obama took over the Census, now we might have some transparency. I'm sure the people of Kentucky will decide within the next couple of years, if red is paying off for them, so far red is killing Kentucky economicly

Please, put down the bong.

Your daddy has not had any transparency yet. At least your drive by posts are good for a morbid chuckle.

I'm not on the bong yet, I'm on paint chips this early in the day. As I said, Red is hurting Kentucky. Mitch McConnell is the worst thing to ever hit the state.....check it out

That was funny, ill hand you that.

Yep, Kentucky is in bad shape. So to help them out, Obama has vowed to kill one of there industries. At the same time, place us more on the energy tit of the middle east.

Now, how about Texas. Its a very Red state. Or what about California, very blue state. Use your analogy there?

Well as you know, Texas is the state of the last sitting president, so one would expect it to do well as of late, lots of insider benafit there. I would also mention that texas has raped monies in oil. As for California, they have tanked, thanks to Schwarzenegger and his great Republican backed policy.

Federal funds are distributed by Congress, not by the President.

As regards oil, you simply don't have a clue what you're talking about. I take that back... it's not just regarding oil...

Schwarzenegger is a RINO. California is in the hole because of freebies... Particularly freebies for illegals.

You mean all that oil that is not being drilled due to the low price per barrell? Texas is deep wells, we can only drill/pump when the marketon oil is high. Add that to the load of illegals we have, and it is amazing that we are doing well at all. Besides, Presidents do not distribute fed. money. You need to go get a civics book. Besides, I didnt know the Demo congress loved us that much, to send a Red stateextra cash. I guess I learned something new today,,,,,Not.
