Did you all see no money for renovating schools maybe spent on buildings that allow prayer? That means schools that allow their aditoriums on weekends to be used for church services can't use any money to improve the building. Ips, your the lawyer, does this mean we can get a judge to block renovations of buildings if they allow the muslims breaks during the day to go into the hallways to pray?

I haven't seen that part of the legislation, but, I'm guessing that the ACLU would take the case to block funding of schools that allow their auditoriums to be used for christian services, but, that you couldn't get the ACLU to take a case blocking the exact same action in regard to muslims...

jeepkid is right. The American people can't wait for months for the passage of the bill because we need action QUICK, yet only7% or 8% (depending on the source) of the money will be spent this year. How does that reconcile, muchless justify the inclusion of PORK in the bill, which by the way, is much bigger than Schummy admits to?
