Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Let the nightmares begin

Wow, this chart just boggles the mind. This shows it's all pork with very little stimulus. Obama was right this is a spending bill. FYI, it doubles the descretionary spending, not just raise it be 15% like Clintoin did in his last years in office.

Looks like a good move to me, because we need some kind of move. If Bush were in office still, he would spend more than this in Iraq. This is a "have to" spend. For the people.

How in the world can you make that statement? Irag hasn't cost us this much and we have been there since late 02? Oh yeah, facts aren't your strong suit.

I've asked you to please explain why after 20 trillion in spending over the last 8 years with over 4 trillion borrowed and we still find ourselves in this position. Why will another trillion get us out? The only thing you have responded with was we need to add another 4 trillion. Where is this money going to come from? China is in trouble right now and probably won't be too egar to lend us more money. So where does it come from?

Hey rainmaker, how come you can't man up and defend your position with substance? How come it's always crickets from you when faced with defending your statements?

FM, I can always defend my position, because its very easy to defend something that everyone can see. You need to feast your eyes on this chart/Meter and watch your dollars click away....http://www.nationalpriorities.org/costofwar_home

Also, monthly spending in Iraq is 12 billion per month.
Spending per second is $5000
Cost of deploying 1 soldier for a year is $390,000
Also the war is expected to go over 3 Trillion

In the meanwhile bush has blown 6.5 trillion

Your own link shows us that the war has cost less than what Obama is planning on spending. Your own linkputs the cost at under 600 billion. FYI, that's more than what unwed mothers are costing us in this country and guess which one is in our constitution?

Once again, man up answer the questions:

You got that one right Big Tiny. Folks like rainmaker thinks the pot of gold is bottomliss. He doesn't realize it comes out of people's pay checks.

I don't know where you pulled that bit of info from, fm, but the smell gives me a clue that it didn't come out of your head. Once again, you are wrong. $112 billion. http://www.reformdivorce.org/news/111-cost.html

If you hate the bill then it's gotta be wonderful, because you are so completely wrong about everything else.

Hey arthur, I realize reading also isn't your strong suit. Perhaps you just might want to reread YOUR OWN link. It states "at least" 112 billion. Your going to try to ding me over 8 billion. That's a laugh. You know, we haven't even added in what it costs to keep their deliquints lock up in juvi. How about in prison for many many years. However, let's use the number you agree on of 112 billion for welfare for unwed mothersX 6 years of the irag war (disregarding the fact the war began in 02 and the fact that funding for 09 is included) = 672 billion dollars

Hmmm rainmaker's own link shows the iraq war coming in under 600 billion. Once again I have to ask the question, which one is in our constitution?
