Obama launches first assualt on the first amendment!
His has now signed an executive order stating no company will be awarded any government contract if they have contributed any money to influence the formation of unions. That is a full frontal assault on the first amendment and our rights to free speech. I predict a lawsuit will get filed shortly to rule it unconstitutional.
Furthermore, he has now made the bidding process less competetive by forcing the winner of the new contract to take the bagage from the old contract holder. They must hire on the exisiting workforce. WTF, we want the process competetive and if the old company didn't win, why should their employees win?
