This guy was the Algerian CIA station chief. According to some movies he made, he did the same thing in Egypt. If thisturns out to be true he should be turned over to the Algerians for "justice."

I guess you must not know very many Muslims. Even over in a country like Iran, there is a well-developed black market for liquor. Many of my Muslim friends here in the US can handle their booze better than their American counterparts.
It doesn't really matter what this guy's religion is. He's a sadistic criminal and should pay for it dearly.
