He screams he is going to kill pork, knowing he will never get the congressional vote to empty their individual piggy bank fillers. And he campaigned to end this practice, and then appoints a person, whose practice Obama promised to kill. This would not be of surprise, if Obama had not promised to end the practice.

He's made "promises" that are virtually impossible to keep from the very start of his campaign. Inever really believed him.
