If they're so upset about the American Military presence maybe we should just leave and let the Taliban come back in and see what their lives become. This is all an ally of convenience type thing. Back in the 70's and 80's the Taliban were the Mujaheddin and fighting the Soviets so they were our friends. I say nuke em all and be done with it.

Hell, considering that Bin Laden is not even supposed to be in Afghanistan I don't see why Obama wants to pursueHIS policy of aggression in that nation.

From my perspective, the term "war crime" has been loosely thrown about so much in recent years that it's all but lost its stigma. In certain contexts, it may even be synonymous with acts of heroism.
