I was at a lcal grocery just yesterday, and the thought of a steaming pile of homemade hot wings was making my mouth water until I looked at the unit price. $1.89 per pound for a part of the chicken they practically couldn't give away just last year? WTF!! I could've bought the boneless skinless breats right next to them for only ten cents more! Last year the damned things were only 79 cents per pound, and I thought that was too much. [:@]

It's been a lot of years since I was in charge of gathering eggs every morning and catching/drawing/plucking Sunday dinner. It'd make me feel like a kid again.
