They will all walk because of the left's insistance on a trial in civilian courts as if this is a civil matter instead of a wartime deecision.

The Bush bunch has had years to get the scumbags beforea military tribunal: Instead they wussedaround and did nothing.
About 600 of the so called"detainees" have already walked on the watch of Wya. They walked because the Bush white house turned them over to countries like Saudi Arabia who pleaded for their release. Now those "turn overees" areattacking the USin Iraq, Afghanistan and other places.

Get your facts straight falcon before you post this BS. Bush has several times began trials or attempted to begin trials while ACLU lawyers blocked him at every turn. We have had several cases end up in the civil court system (where they don't have any jurisdiction)and even make it to the supreme court where even there rulings have been a flip of the coin. Then we have folks like yourself demanding gitmo be closed for no perticular reason other than, "The world doesn't like us, oh no". You can't explain why one 10' by 10' cell is any better than another 10' x 10' cell. I'm the only one on this board who has had first hand experience of being at Gitmo before and can tell you it truely is a tropical paradise.
Then as far as people returning to the battlefield. I wouldn't have released them in the first placebecause the war is still going on.Then again, folks like yourself are demanding a trial for these guys and frankly, why? Oh that's right the world doesn't like us. Because of this pressure, the administration has been pushed to release these folks and in the past with the first wave 5% returned to the battlefield. Now that the remaining folks have been determined to be the worst of the worst or have no place to go, is it no surprise that over 11% are now returning to the battlefield?
This has beena fine example of "Independents" with no core beliefs!
