Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Slow erosion of traditions and freedoms, hunting is something I take for granted when i think about it. I can't imagine not being able to hunt here.

North Texan, thanks for the excellent video.

Concurrent with the gun bans in England was a fight to outlaw all hunting. The whiney liberals even outlawed fox hunting with hounds, a solid Brit tradition. Now theBrits areincreasingly vulnerable to home invasions, rapes robberies and murders since self defense has been outlawed. The Brit police and political hacks lie about the crime rate: Got to justify that gun ban.

This kind of crap could very well happen in this country.

It is a fact that every country that has disarmed it's citizens that violent and gun related crime sky rockets. The biggest offenders was the German government in the 30's.

Obama's going to be coming after "assault weapons". No doubt about it. He's vowed to help Calderon because weapons from the U.S. are being smuggled to Mexican drug lords. At the same time, he's all for open borders. WTF? Border fence works in BOTH directions Barry. It'll keep the illegals from Mexico out of the U.S., and it'll make it harder to smuggle guns from the U.S. to Mexico.

If there weren't a single gun in the US, Mexico (Juarez in particular) would have just as many shootings as it does today.

I think it is pretty telling that El Paso has very liberal gun laws, and about 20 homicides a year, and it is illegal to own anything but a .22lr in Juarez, yet they had about 1600 homicides, many gun related.

+1

Roger Waters thumbed his nose at England and their ridiculous, anti-gun, ultra-liberal, laws in the English Parlament, and moved here to the US.
