Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Shovel ready projects?

Is this a joke or what? This is the best example of an uneducated public. How many of you know what a Shovel Ready Project is? I bet most on this board. Now how many realize a Shovel Ready Project doesn't get to be a Shovel Ready project overnight. There is a lot of planning, surveying and bid processes that take place before hand. Guess what? This doesn't happen if it's not already funded. So here we have the States doing a bait a switch to get free money so they can waste it on other things.[:@]

Look at how the money you and I pay in taxes to drive on our roads is spent.[:@]

Default RE: Shovel ready projects?

This doesn't surprize me none at all.. Just like our hunting and fishing costs all go into the general fund up here and that leaves us sportsman loosing more all the time because of lack of funds..[&:]They are planning on shutting down the W grand Lake Stream salmon hatchery because of lack of funds as it is getting old. This hatchery has stocked alot of lakes up here and draws money into the state. So what the heck they all want the money for other projects right. We just can't see where the money is going that's all..
