Does that mean you would be happy if all of his promises were fulfilled? Looks to most people as if he is at least smart enough to compromise and perhaps acknowledge that some things may have to wait.
I just hope he backs off on his previous statements about gun control, but I seriously doubt that will happen. The small margin ofpro gun republicans and democrats in congress are our last hope. I just hope they will be enough to throw out Obama's anti gun legislation.

The gobbles are getting louder.....in my mind, anyway.
I think Obama will get right on with the CHANGE, after the swear in. He has made some statements about getting regulations back into effect immediately, also he says he will be overseeing some personally. His stimulus package should help get some jobs back into the market. I think his energy policy is great, and will change the way the U.S. buys, sells, consumes, and creates energy. The worst thing is it will take a long time to get back the money that the Republicans have sqaunderd.
