Blagovich's lawyer is going to challenge the legality of the wire taps. My question is this; IF the charges against Blag are dropped because the wire taps are dropped as evidence, does the Illinois State Senate have theright to impeach or censure him for unethical conduct, even if he is not convicted of a crime? Beau???

Yes. His impeachment does not depend on a criminal conviction. But, those trying him sure don't seem to be too impartial. They should be carrying pitchforks and torches.

He should do the honorable thing and resign. Actually, he may-- a press conference is scheduled for today at 2.

And you gotta admit, he has an impressive head of hair.

What a waste of my time. Says he is innocent. I'm guessing he will say that it is not his voice on those tapes??? I've never seen a bigger weasel in my life!
