RE: Liberals voice concerns about Obama
The liberal love afair is ending. Add that to the idea of no conservative ever liked him and about half the moderates, and we have a end of the Messiah's popularity sooner than I had predicted. I gave it two years. Ill now ratchet it down to a year and a half.

Good that he continues to move toward the middle. Bad that if he really alienates the far left that his honeymoon with the media may end sooner than later.

RE: Liberals voice concerns about Obama
Wahoo, Will, and Fodderbladeare going to wet themselves.Their messiah flat out lied to them. Good news for us level headed Americans, bad news for the blind liberals. Funny how Obama is doing exactly what the counter voters said needed to be done when we voiced fear about his promises. He is doing as I had hoped, not hold true on his promises.
I love this quote.
"Now some are shedding a reluctance to puncture the liberal euphoria at being rid of President George W. Bush to say, in effect, that the new boss looks like the old boss."
Great, Bush three. LMAO.

Good. I am a democrat and voted for Obama but I don't have a lot of use for the ultraliberals of whom that article is really about when they denounce Obama backing off some of his promises. Anyone in their right mind should know the time at hand doesn't lend itself for a few of those promises. Maybe later, but more important things need to be taken care of.

I saw somewhere where BHO is being referred to as "Bush III" (besides Burnie's post). I don't quite buy that, but he does seem to acting more like McCain than McCain himself.

I think you are being too generous by at least 12 months. My bet is BHO will be askingwhy he did this to himself....if he isn't already. Meanwhile, Billary is grinning like a possum.

The Bush three thing was a joke because that is all I heard about McCain. And now Obama's issues are looking a lot like McCains issues during the election, and since the Obamanites, as well as Obama himself, said McCain was Bush Three, I had to throw that back at them. LMAO.
I will stand by my year and a half simply because it will take at least a year and a half for the media to quit blaming Bush.

Seems you aren't the only one who thought of "Bush III"--wish I could remember where I read it........[:@]
Off the subject, but I've been out of pocket and figure you'd know--has anyone started a topic about BHO's spending, especially towards the end of the campaign? Heard a bit about how he had so much campaign cash left at the end he was coming up with creative ways to spend it--big bonuses for workers, letting workers keep their Blackberrys, etc.--seems the amount was in the millions iirc.
Surely someone raised a stink over this after the controversy over Gov. Palin's wardrobe budget (even though she didn't keep the clothes)?

Im like you. Been out of pocket and not catching much news. Not sure of a post around here yet. All I can recall is he is using some of that cash to pay off Hillary's debt.
