Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Sounds like an art project, if NPR chooses to study it that sounds like research. The atheist in me finds it amusing at worst, the tax payer in me doesn't see a problem with it.

I don't see how it is considered art. But well whatever. The Christian in me says that I would never use the booth. I do not pray in public unless I am in church. Praying should be a private affair I guess is what I am saying.

There is no such thing as private when in public.

I pray all the time in public. I just dont need a kneeling both. I pray while driving, setting and waiting in line, etc. etc. Just not verbal prayers. My grandfather prays silent. Even during church. When someone asks, "why do you not pray out loud", he says, "Im not talking to you"

I should have been more specific but I was just thinking of those who were out on the street corners praying out loud not for conversion but rather to make themselves look good. There is absolutley no eloquence in my prayers, so it is probably best that I don't pray out loud, ecspecially in public. But there is a difference between praying in public and public display of prayer.
