I dont get it....i can understand some people are weak minded and desperate....or might really be in a super bad situation and fear for their kids.....but whoever wrote that law is a damn idiot...
one thing i liked about McCain is that he might have made it easier for american familys to adopt american kids.... the foster system is a damn racket.not that providing foster care is bad...but id rather see American Familys beable to take full custody of kids

Crazy isnt it. Nebraska is fixing that loop hole. And it makes me sick to think that some parents are dropping off kids of all ages. Last I read, a 17 year old was dropped off.
