Default Is Obama entitled to?

Is Obama entitled to his Senate retirement while serving as President? When he done in four years, can he collect both?

Since he resigned his seat and didn't retire as a senator the answer is no.

I would hope so since he only spent something like 140 days in office before he started campaigning the the president elections.
