Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Palin - Alaska lower turnout than 2004

Why would that happen if she is so good and they actually know her, unlike the rest of the USA.

Why was the presidential election not the record breaking event it was said to be? I think people are not as excited about politics as we think they are.

With an approval rating of 80%+, I don't think it's because they hate her. At least one report said the people of AK didn't want to loose her as governor.

Because there was no doubt that Alaska would go republican, that slows down the rush to vote. North Dakota is the same way, it is going to go Republican so voting for President here is just a formality. I believe two times in History ND and SD have gone the other way.

Maybe because there aren't many ACORN offices in Alaska? Perhaps their convicted felon population wasn't high enough...

Your welcome. I know you now have plenty of time now to think. Now that BHO has been elected, he's going to take care of your mortgage, your gas and your healthcare. Heck, you might as well charge a vacation on you credit card because BHO will add that to his list.

I have about a 10% mortgage on my home, go on 2 guided hunting trips every year and have the kids college ready to go.

Think about this:
All Obama has been working on since elected is getting the best people in the US to help him run the country and get things back on track. If Mcsame and barbie won, I am sure we would have heard McSame say "see you in January and we will keep fighting this war don't worry about it".

Thank god america finally woke the F up.

Now thats funny. I guess the Bush economy treated you pretty darn well. Better hold on to what you have before the osama tax vacuum goes to work.
