Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Some advice for Governor Palin for the next election

Okay, this may sound a little catty, but I am a girl after all.

First of all, I liked Palin and I thought she would have made a good vice-president or even president, but she needs some help.

The following are my personal suggestions:

1- I hate pantsuits and would never vote for someone who wears them, but Palin needs to shorten those skirts a bit. Thelength makes her look like a Baptist Sunday School teacher. (Nothing wrong with Baptist Sunday School teachers. It's just not an image that screams political leadership.)

2- Lower the pitch of your voice. You tend to sound shrill. I've been told the same thing when I speak to a group. The high pitched voice tends to grate on people and make them nervous.

3- Let your hair down. You look too uptight with it pulled back like that.

4- Lose the glasses. You want to look like the boss not the receptionist. They also contribute to the Baptist Sunday school teacher look.

This country doesn't deserve Sara Palin.

My advice to her would be top just be herself and can the advice of the lifer political advisers. Her strong suit is that she was not a phony like the others in the race. She was also the only one of the four with experience running a government.

AMEN Brother! We already tried stupid religious whack jobs--it doesn't work. We sure don't deserve any more of that. We have suffered enough.

She got a taste of how the game works. She'll definately be haunted by the past 3 months but she has the opportunity to use the next few years to better herself. I won't be surprised at all to see her run for president in 2012. Although I wouldn't guarantee she'd get the Republican nomination. Much will depend on how President Hussein does in his first term. If he has a decent favorability rating there will be a better than average chance he will get re-elected. In that case the Republicans would be better off letting Palin and even Jindal go to DC for the Senate or something. And then run someone like Huckabee or Romney against Hussein.

Oh trust me, Im no "brother" to you.

"stupid religious wack jobs"? Im sorry was it Palin or obama that listened to Jerhimia Wright's lovely sermons for 20 years ?

Did J wright hold a press confrence yesterday and explain how he and Palin, or he and obama were "still cool"?.

Get real folks. If, in 2012 or thefollowing election cycle, Obama's approval rating is as low as Bush's and the media is willing to treatPalin with the same tenderness that Obama got, then Palin could dress and talk like one of the Hee Haw girls and still get elected.

She wouldn't stand a chance. She didn't keep her mouth shut on abortion and God. A lot of liberals think she's crazy. lol Also, the media wasn't helpful either. The screw ups she made were played over and over. Everyone started questioning whether she had enough experience while Obama sneaked away.
