I just read an article on Drudge talking IN THE CONTEXT OF MONEY, that Jefferson and Madison, etc. warned about "too much in the hands of too few." But didn't they warn about too much POWER in the hands of too few. I could be wrong, but this seems like a gross distortion of the quotes of our founding fathers.

What do the liberals care what founding fathers! As long as they can have power that's all that's important to them.
Here are several pertinent quotes from Thomas Jefferson:
"If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation then by deflation, the banks and the corporations will grow up around them, will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs." (Remember that the Federal Reserve is quasi-public but with private bank aspects.)
"I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies."
"I wish it were possible to obtain a single amendment to our constitution - taking from the federal government their power of borrowing."
It really amazes me that from the time of the beginning of our great country until now, we have not became brighter. Oh, maybe in technical advancements but not in philosophy.

Here is a quote from Benito Mussolini, the inventor of Fascism::::::::: The first stage of Facism should appropriately be called Corporatism, because it is a merger of state and Corporate power.
I think Mussolini controlled the corporations then whereas the corporations seem to have increasing control over our government--Not exactly the same thing.

Spread the wealth. That is, "from each according to his means, to each according to their need." Who said that quote, which parallels what Obama is saying now? Could it be Carl Marx?
