Obama was endorsed in 1996 by the Chicago branch of the Democratic Socialists of America for Illinois state senate. He eulogized Saul Mendelson, a well-known socialist activist. And he campaigned for socialist senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont.
And then there are the suggestions that his versions of universal health care and other nationalizing projects are essentially socialist projects. While speaking recently at Columbia University, he spoke of a national volunteer program that many have called socialist in nature. And his tax plan, whereby he"™d raise taxes for the richest 5% and redistribute that income to the rest of the country, has also earned focused allegations of socialism even by his Democratic peers.
Face it...if this guy gets in say goodbye to your guns, hunting, and be ready to pay for Mr. ****bags health insurance, you know the guys who sit on welfare their whole life and want hand outs from the state? Be ready to pay higher income taxes to pay for all of the public programs to help out Mr. ****bag. Groups such as Acorn, PETA, anti hunting groups, anti gun groups, and all the other tree hugging hippie groups. Just wait until they have our guns to get complete control over the people and the govt is telling us what to do in our daily lives...it will be awesome!

Dont worry about becomeing a socialist society. If Obama gets elected, he will impose his Hoovernomics and we will sink into a depression. No one will have money.
Well, except the government officials. Now isnt it interesting how the liberal, socialist minded persons are all willing to redistribute your money, but hold tight to theirs. Just like when Kerry and Edwards took advantage of the Bush tax cut (which they had a choice not too),then lambasted Bush for giving us all a tax cut.
