Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

> strong anti-Mexican illegals views
> strong tariff policy views
> strong pro-life

He's probably not going to beon the ballot, and he doesn't have a chance, I've never heard of him, his website is downright corny, and voting isn't for just making yourself feel good, it's for choosing who's going to be President, not who you wished could've had a chance at becoming President, but didn't even get that far.

No person in their right mind should vote for an independent or Libertarianor Prohibition or Constitution party candidaterunning for President this year.

It's just as dumb as not voting, because voting for one of those guys really is the equivalent of not taking part in this 2008 election.

I have to say..the mentality of only voting for the 2 jokes we have now as parties is what got us into this mess to start with. I see both as nearly identical twins with a few small token differences to throw the voters off their true goals. Which is nothing but perpetuating their own jobs through government expansion, handouts, entitlements and large donations through lobbyists and PAC's, etc...

Most people see the political and the election process as a joke....and all one neds to do is take a quick look around this year to see they really arent very wrong. Candidate A...useless....Candidate B..useless..

stealthycat IIYou have the right to vote for anyone you choose! ANYONE! That is why I went to the service to preserve those types of freedoms.
However in America the 2 party system is so prevalant and powerful that voting outside party lines (rep/dem) is not sending a message to anyone at this point, especially at the POTUS level. I beleive the impetus of that was broke when Jesse Ventura was elected Gov of MN. The ball should have been rolling, but the state governmant just made an independants life Hades in office. If you truly feel passionate about more than the system as described, get involved at the local level w/ one of the parties and make the difference locally. That is how we "the people" will slowly call attention to the fat cat 2 party system and slowly erode the power base. It all starts at home friend! Tear out the local voting base, erode the local governments locks on positions w/ independant party thinking and start climbing the ladder w/ successful proven ideas and candidates.

Fieldmouse Republicans promise but never come through (see the past 8 years as examples)

the Republicans focked us - you have to realize that at some point in the game and I'm not playing it anymore.

I'll not vote for McCain in 2008, no thank you to another 4 years of empty, broken promises on conservatism

Depends entirely on where you live. Here in Maryland it doesn't matter if I vote, all our electoral votes are going Obama anyways. I may as well vote my conscience and write in the one candidate worth a vote.

Ron Paul
