Doesnt this crap make you sick. But I disagree, their compensation should not be , not going to jail, but put their sorry arses in. Im no lawyer, but didnt they defraud the government in some way by going on a drunking spending spree with government cash? I dont know, but hey should at least be shot. Maybe not a lethal wond, just in the nads.
