BOSTON (AP) - Thanks to the credit crunch, the state of Massachusetts finds itself going hat in hand to Uncle Sam.
The Boston Globe reports state Treasurer Timothy Cahill has asked the U.S. Treasury Department and the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston for a loan on the same favorable terms granted to banks and corporations. Massachusetts is being hammered by dried-up credit on the short-term debt markets.
Well now all the needy states goaded on by their honorable congressmen and senators are going to beg for money. I understand NC is also looking for money since they spend it like its water with nothing to show for it.

Add that all up, it totals to Obama's Economic Policy, give more to the leeches than you take from the tax payers.
